   1.stop any drinks like coffe and tea
   2.buy some bleach
   3.put one drop of bleach in cup of water
   4. put in mouth DO NOT SWALLOW
   5. swish around
   6. spit out
   7. get clean cup and water wash out mouth 20-30 times
   8. pour dishsoap in mouth

   Whatever you do DO NOT put bleach in your mouth. My mate tried it and took all the enemal off her teeth and cant even use a metal fork to eat now. Ask your dentist about teeth whitening.
