If your stains are present for only a few days a good brushing with an abrasive toothpaste would help.
Most tobacco stains I see are therefor months and they get calcified or hard and stick tenaciously to the teeth. If this is the case, you need a cleaning done by a professional (hygienist or dentist).
If your teeth still look yellow after that , you can get a bleaching system to whiten them some more.
